Lake Champlain on an unseasonable summer-like day in March.  It was like I had traveled back in time … the city was the same but the seasons were upside down and my life was unrecognizable since last I was there.

I will be trying to get back into this blog!  To those who may be listening, I am sorry to have left …

Well, I am a creature of habit, undoubtedly.  It’s been a nearly a week since a new Facebook bug has destroyed my established workflow of shooting and sharing, many have enjoyed a respite to my wall postings!  So here I am putting more energy and focus into my blog.  I’ve been fortunate this summer to be a little light on assignments so as to provide me with more time to shoot personal work.  And I’m content about that in some ways.  It has inspired me to take the time to reflect on the practice of photography that brought me down the road which has led me to where I am today.  It all began with my personal work, the act of photographing my life and this world as I encounter it.  At any rate, here are a couple pictures from a walk through the Blue Hills Reserve in Milton last Tuesday.  Tell me what you think?!
