Before our return drive to Hamburg, Germany from Belgium, we stopped at the Cantillon Brewery in Brussels which was actually a highlight of our time there. Andrew had previously met the brewer and we were both familiar with his unique brews but the brewery itself is truly something to see. Seemingly unchanged for all the years of it’s existence, it was truly a work of art, in its structure to it’s philosophies to its delicious and distinguished product.
